Over the past several years, we have enjoyed producing a calendar that educates the community, providers, government officials and others about the increasing rates of HIV/AIDS in Boston’s Black communities.  Our overall message of ‘Fight the Fear’ encourages everyone to take action to address HIV/AIDS personally, within your family or within your community. We all can make a difference and work together to end the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

The State of Emergency (SOE) Initiative, funded by the Boston Public Health Commission, at the Multicultural AIDS Coalition invites you to enjoy our 2012 Calendar.  This year’s theme is “Know Your Status”! Knowing your HIV status could be one of the most important things you do. The calendar gives you 10 reasons why HIV testing is beneficial. It also provides information on HIV testing and highlights agencies that provide free, confidential HIV counseling and testing services in Boston.

If you are interested in receiving hard copies of the SOE Calendar for your staff, advisory  group, community group or etc. please email your request to State_of_Emergency@mac-boston.org.  In the email include the name of your organization, who is receiving the calendar, and the number of hardcopies requested.  The limit is 25 per program.
