Men of Color Against AIDS (MOCAA)
MAC’s work with the Black MSM community expanded in 2003 with its merger with Men of Color Against AIDS (MOCAA)—the only stand-alone Black MSM agency in the state. A unique program in the Boston area, MOCAA offers prevention and screening programming for Black men who have sex with men. The MOCAA@MAC Drop-In Center provides an array of HIV and other health services to gay and bisexual men of color as well as provides a safe space for the GLBT community of color.
